Oct 12th & 13th: Getting our mojo back!

We are FINALLY through a shadow period that began on the equinox last month. It’s been a really quiet few weeks with lots of introspection, physical tiredness, and integration. Today is a day of emergence and we’re getting our mojo back! Are you feeling like yourself again? Tomorrow the 13th will be even more powerful day of alignment with all that you truly are. We are emerging from specific healing energies from the Sept equinox and some from the June solstice time period as well. We have the energy and vibration available to us to now to feel stronger than we’ve felt in a very long time. Think back to a time when money was flowing, or relationships came easy or synchronously, or you just felt healthy and happy in your body. This is available to you again right now. Claim it! ūüĆüSometimes just knowing it’s easy available is exactly what we need to align to it.

Being Intuitive

Being intuitive requires the deepest surrender. You lean back into the void, into the place between worlds and words. Ecstasy and bliss arises, flooding through your being and you know there is only Oneness in Eternity.

Being intuitive requires the deepest courage. To leave that behind and come back to the here and now and experience what is separation. To put words to what you knew and felt, to make the unconscious -conscious.

Being intuitive requires love. To know more than you can ever be able to explain.

Being intuitive requires trust. To trust your words are misunderstood and resisted. And to be okay still. That’s all part of the plan.

Are you loving from your heart or your head?

Are you loving from your heart or your head?

This is a strange phenomena I’ve come across lately. Being love vs. doing loving actions based on what we think the idea of love is. The latter is way too common. You could be a head lover if¬†you’ve found yourself saying “I’ve been very loving. I do all the right things. I’m a good person. Why can’t I get what I want? I feel forgotten, overlooked, unappreciated.” We could even add “I do so much for people and what do I get in return?!”. Or, “I’ve put so much good out in the world, what’s going on?!” If you resonate with any of that, there’s a big chance you are a head lover. Some other signs of this are you not attracting people you like and you seem to attract the ones you don’t like quite easily. Or maybe you do like them, but they don’t stick around, or you find out their feelings aren’t mutual after they seemed to be interested at first.

So if you’re a head lover, read on dear friend. We welcome you. You are not alone.

I know I’m dropping a bomb here when I say this, but here goes…

You are not actually loving.

Well now that that’s out of the way, let me say, you are a loving person. You are just not loving – as in the verb/action form of it. You are being the adjective. You’ve moved all that wondrous, amazing yumminess up to your head, which does nothing for you there. It just makes you seem loving. Its how people might describe you, with the adjective loving. The truth here is that you are a tremendously emotional or sensitive-to-feelings type of person, which is why you thought its much safer to pack up and move into the headspace. Perhaps your heart got hurt and you didn’t have to the tools to heal it, so you go through loving actions (notice the descriptor of love here) but can’t seem to attract your real desires¬†in your life in some area because the actual action of loving (verb usage here), which is not a mental state, but an actual embodied state,¬†isn’t¬†happening.

So go to your heart. What’s there? Do you feel anything? Is it heavy? Is it fine?

Now take your awareness from your beautiful and genius mind, which I’m sure is so with this group¬†since we’ve spent so much time there, and put that awareness inside your heart. Breathe in and out slowly a few times. What’s there? Muck and yuck? Puppies and rainbows? I’m not here to judge. When I went to my heart it was full of grief, layers and layers worth.

The heart has a gigantic magnetic field. This is what actually manifests our life. As within so without. So this is why no matter how many times you tell yourself you are going to get that job, that extra money, or a loving mate to show up, it doesn’t happen. You can think positive thoughts day and night, even have moments of feeling that confidence, but in the end it is the state of your heart that creates your outside world. Only when your heart is open and clearer, then those positive thoughts and moments of strong feelings of confidence flow through and can help to manifest what you desire.

Essentially, it would be in your best interest if everything came from love, and if its not possible in that moment, it could be forgiveness. Anything else is considered a withholding of love. The only person we can actually withhold love from is ourselves. Did you ever withhold love from someone because you were upset? Perhaps your mind felt self-satisfied, but did you notice your feelings were unbalanced in some way, maybe even a little empty?

The truth is this. You are LOVE. Love is just another word for your infinite source energy, or your spirit, or your creator, or the universe. So either you are coming from YOU Рyour authentic self Рlove, or you are cutting off from yourself, source, and spirit.

Whoa right!? When you come from love Рyouyou easily magnetize your deepest desires and things that are perfect for you without even asking.

When you have trouble coming from love, forgiveness is a wise choice. It opens up the heart and lets things flow and clears the karma of lifetimes gone by. Its all too easy to go back to the head and think we are open-hearted because we are being nice and even caring. When we come from the heart there is so much less work because we are being it and there is less doing or saving of anyone else.

One way to check this is to stop and feel. Are there endless thoughts in your mind? Do you get bored easily and need outside stimulation more often than not? You’re probably in the head.

Are you aware of your feelings (even if they are ones you consider negative) and is your mind mostly quiet? Do you do and say things that feel in alignment with you. Then you are most likely in the heart.

There’s a reason you’ve been in the head. We know its difficult, and it hurts to revisit what’s trapped there in the heart, but letting go and forgiveness will give you all that you seek.

Everyones Least Favorite Emotion: FEAR

FEAR. What if fear is not A.) False Evidence Appearing Real and not B.) Excitement? Those are the two most common things I have been told about fear. “Its really excitement, let it go.” What if no, its not really excitement? When I look at the vibration of fear its close to excitement on the frequency scale and has similar qualities, but its really not just excitement. I think anxiety is a bit closer to excitement than fear is when I look at those two frequencies. These two statements about false evidence appearing real as well as excitement only serve to lock up someone more and never get through and totally release the actual fear.

True, what you fear may not be real – in the sense that you are not in real and true danger, however fear is a real and true emotion and has served its purpose at times of legitimate danger. When we convince ourselves it not real however, or that its just excitement, we tend to actually suppress and repress that emotion and it never gets addressed, but it instead it gets buried deeper.

Fear always comes up to warn you of a possible danger and pain. This is actually an emotion you want to have. One, so you can avoid whatever is about to ensue with a proper warning system. And two, you can see where you are being powerless or at the effect of something in your life. For example, if you are fearful of a situation with no perceived threat of danger, stop and ask yourself what you are really fearing. There may be layers and layers of fears, especially if you have pushed it away in the past or tried to avoid feeling that emotion. This is the first step in taking your power back and actually eliminating that threat of pain, as well receive parts of you that have been locked up under fear and being more present in your life and in your body. Upon fear most of us evacuate our bodies. What if something you feared in the past came up and now you can stand firm in your body, look at the situation with new eyes, feel the fear, then take back all your power from the situation?

Here are some steps to help when the fear arises:

1. Acknowledge your fear in any given situation. Let yourself feel that emotion.

2. Ask what is on the other side of it. Then ask yourself how you can get there.

3. Ask exactly what you are fearing and why. Not only will this give you good insight into your psyche, but you now have a list to work from and you’re no longer doing avoidance.

4. Focus on healing these areas. Declare that you are letting go of the fear. Declare you will have your power and energy that is wrapped up in that situation. Declare that you will not be at the effect of these things anymore.  Take back control of this part of your life.

5. Let go of, and clear any energy that comes up. If you have a method for clearing energy and healing through different lifetimes, use it here. If you need some assistance of course call me, or a healer that you work with. Sometimes just a walk in nature can really help you let go of these energies, especially when you are really ready to let these things fall away.

Of course this is not easy, especially at first. It takes time, but this is the path of true change, power and presence. Imagine getting over your fears?! Imagine being the fearless powerful force you were meant to be – in all situations?!

Total Game Changer

Did you know that there is a source energy within you that you can get disconnected from? How do you know if you are disconnected? Some of signs are:

  • Often feeling spacey, forgetful, or disconnected from your body
  • Your proprioception¬†is off. For example, were you the kid in school that would go to kick the ball but would totally miss? Do people throw things at you but you usually don’t catch them? Do you have to constantly watch your step?
  • Low self-esteem even though you know you are a valued being, or friends or people around you think you have it all the looks, great job, etc.
  • A feeling that something is not right with you, like there is an inner feeling of lack you would like to heal because you know you have great gifts to share with others.
  • You’ve tried a various number of healing modalities but that feeling of unhappiness or sadness still sticks around when you are not in meditation or doing healing work.
  • Feel lost, like you are looking for something more or greater in this world.
  • Feel like your mental, physical or emotional issues are not healing no matter what you do or how much work you put in.
  • You may have felt at some point in your life like you didn’t belong here, that no one gets you, or tried to commit suicide in the past or wish you didn’t have to be here.

These are just some of the things I’ve come across with clients but there could be other symptoms of this. See, we are made up of an energy of Source, an energy that created the universe. It is all within us, our soul/being as well as our bodies. The Earth is made up of this energy, its in the air we breathe and its in everyone we meet. Somewhere along our journey through lifetimes we got disconnected from this energy. I’ve come across people that have been greatly disconnected where it took an entire session to reconnect them, and some who were reconnected in as little as 10 mins.

What does it feel like for someone who has been disconnected from their own source energy to be reconnected? RELIEF. Yes, intense RELIEF and HAPPINESS. Since I’ve discovered that we could be disconnected from our Source, I’ve been working on reconnecting people so far, as this is a new concept and none of the various healing modalities I’ve studied ever presented this, nor have I heard anything like this. So I’m sure there is more to discover, but so far some of the common results are:

  • Joy
  • Exuberance for Life
  • Will and determination to live
  • Almost a disbelief that the individual was ever suicidal or just didn’t want to be here
  • Love of the body
  • Love of the self
  • Becoming totally embodied, and rarely to zero percent “pop-outs” of the body
  • Improved sense of proprioception
  • Feeling grounded, present, focused like never before or beyond what they could imagine
  • Quicker Healings
  • High Vibrations
  • Better Intuitive Abilities
  • Feel more powerful, potent
  • Feel lighter, like a carefree feeling

The list goes on, but these were the common effects between the group of people that were reconnected to their inner source energy. This is definitely not a cure all, but really an amazing foundation and platform to build the rest of your life from. Also, some people have noticed that since they’ve already done a lot of self-work, the things they have done just fell right into place and they are more effective in their lives.

On the most basic level this Source energy is a gift we were given to have an easier life, to be more effective, present, and to feel valuable as a human being. When this gets disconnected, not only is that disheartening, but life can be sad, difficult, or just an endless search for something that has been within you all along.
